Dr. Munira
Veterinary Doctor
Dr Munira (Moni) graduated with honours from the University of Bombay, India in 2005. After working with a Veterinary Cardiologist for 6 months, she then migrated to Palmerston North, New Zealand to undertake a postgraduate Diploma in Veterinary Sciences from Massey University.

 After completing her postgraduate Diploma, she then went onto passing her NZVE exams to become a registered veterinarian in Australasia in 2009. She worked for a brief period in New Zealand and then migrated to Australia. Thereafter, she took some time off to have and raise her son, after which, she starting working at a couple of vet clinics in Sydney and then joined the team at Fairfield Veterinary Hospital, in the middle of 2017.

 She is now the owner and director of Fairfield Veterinary Hospital, since 2023.

 Her interests in the veterinary field lie in small animal internal medicine, dermatology and soft tissue surgery. In her free time, she enjoys an active lifestyle such as swimming, cycling and going to the gym.
Dr Waruni Senanayaka
Veterinarian
Dr. Waruni is a compassionate and experienced veterinarian originally from Sri Lanka, now practicing in Australia. After earning her veterinary degree from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, she moved to Australia, where she has now become a registered veterinarian. She has more than 3 years of experience in providing high-quality care for pets.

With a focus on treating each pet as an individual, Dr. Waruni ensures every patient receives the highest standard of care, creating a calm and positive experience for both pets and their families. She has a special interest in small animal surgery and internal medicine.

In her leisure time, she enjoys playing badminton, hiking and reading. Although she’s now based in Australia, she fondly recalls and misses her beloved German Shepherd, Teddy, who continues to live in Sri Lanka.
Kelly Hoang
Head Veterinary Nurse

Kelly has been a dedicated member of the team at Fairfield Veterinary Hospital since 2014. Her passion for animal care and well-being, across all species, is what inspired her to pursue a career as a Veterinary Nurse.

Growing up, Kelly had a wide variety of pets, from dogs and cats to chickens, guinea pigs, and even a pet mouse, which fostered her love for animals of all shapes and sizes. At home, Kelly enjoys the company of her playful French Bulldog, Potato, and three affectionate Domestic Shorthair cats—Hazel, Marcus, and Frankowski. 

With her broad experience and love for animals, Kelly is committed to providing the best care to every pet she
encounters.


Beyza Sengozlu 
Veterinary Nurse
Beyza has about 2 years of work experience in the veterinary industry. She has worked at various places which includes RSPCA and another clinic at Five Dock. She has finally joined our team permanently.

She is the proud owner of 3 beautiful chubby cats. And routinely rescues whatever she can get her hands on.
